I want a web based system for wedding planners to organize weddings. The sytem will work on IIS(5) on Win2k and use SQL(7) and preferably be in ASP.Net (VB or C#). I don't have the development resource in house to complete the project in reasonable time.
I want to enable various planners to subscribe to use the system. I want to enable providers e.g. dress makers, cake makers, hotels, etc. to subscribe to the system, who will sell their services within the system. I want wedding couples to be able to see details of their wedding arrangements within the system.

I don't have a spec - that also needs completing. I have a clear description of what the system is intented to do, but not in a structured SRS format.
## Deliverables
Complete and fully-functional working web site as well as complete source code (including in-line comments describing logic and reasoning) of all work done. To include all page content, code-behind, binaries, graphics, etc.
Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
Ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. (IIS5.0, SQL*Server 7.0, .Net Framework 1.1)
