Interspire Multiple SMTP addon - repost

I need my Interspire to works with the following features needed:

1) Multiple SMTP addon that can send simultaneously not in round robin basis, can be throttled for number of threads and can set limits of email/hour in each smtp.

ex: I have 50 smtp account can be set 1 thread each that able send simultaneously and set to a limit of 100email/hour/smtp

(50smtp x 1thread x 100limit/hr x 24hrs = 120k email/day)

2) Must be able to configure sending limits for each major email provider (Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, Aol)

3) Allow feedback loop registration(Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, Aol, etc.) and ability to monitor and process loops.

4) File should be send to me in zip file (interspire(nulled)+the said addon) for backup purposes and future use.

I am looking for someone who is experienced with this field and completely understands this setup.
