Direct Response Copywriting - Sales Letter Review

Hello, PLEASE SEE ATTACHED PDF FOR DETAILS This is a bid request to edit and/or rewrite an existing internet sales letter. If you understand direct marketing principals and have proven experience writing web page sales letters, this is a very easy job because all of the “research?? has already been done. If you do not have verifiable proof of prior direct-response writing experience please do not bid on this project. I am about to launch a new (and very unique) Real Estate Investment education product and have just about completed the first draft of the sales letter. The product serves the “homeowner?? market as well as the “investor?? market… it has broad appeal and several very unique and compelling USP’s. You will be provided an MS Word file of my current sales letter… which has about 11,000 words spread across 50 pages (there’s also a fair amount of images that add to the page total). Also, I got stuck at the end and have not written the all-important “close?? where I summarize the key benefits and offer compelling reasons why they should “buy now.?? Needless to say… this sales letter ‘probably’ needs to be shortened! ;-) I am NOT looking for someone to just proofread what I have written or edit it for length. Rather, I’m looking for a copywriting expert to understand the key benefits and to rewrite what I have done using direct response copywriting techniques. Most of what I’ve written can be cut and pasted into your final document. I apologize for not posting the actual sales letter right here. However, For competitive reasons, I want to control its distribution. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
