config of uber upload php upload script for my website

uber ubload script [login to view URL] it configured to work on my [login to view URL] only a few changes and some chmod on a few folders n maybe a [login to view URL] needed if uploads fail as I get flength file issues which I think means theres an issues communicating with the folders for upload???
