We require an easy to use, stylish looking website for our sportswear clothing department.
It will be a relatively simple project to start with, in total there are only 12 pages at the moment. If we are happy with the winning designer however, we will then give that person the job of designing an applet to be incorporated with this website which will allow our customers to design their own sports jerseys online. This will be a detailed project allowing customers to choose different designs / Colours / Garment styles and visualise it all on screen as they chose the different options.
We have our own graphic artist who can supply all the graphics, in any format. For a visual reference please view the following PDF :

Please note : This is not the completed design, but just an aid for visualising the interface. We will discuss the finer details with the winning bidder.
It is quite simple in its design, but we hope all the menus will have a user friendly and effective interface including the use of mouse over effects on the buttons. We are open to your opinion whether it requires to be created in Flash, or Html. We will have some flash graphics on the left hand side where you can see a picture in the visual. This will fade in and out of a few different sports related pictures.
The most customized part of the website, which we insist on having is the scroll bar. This may require the site to be created in flash?
