Website with Flash Elements + Replicating Feature

A new MLM company needs to have a common Recruiting Website so that its 200+ members can do online prospecting/lead gathering.

Compulsory Requirements:

1. 3 Page web-design involving:

1. Flash Introduction of the opportunity on the 1st Page

2. Flash Intoduction of its marketing plan on 2nd Page

3. Professional clean cut html design (like [url removed, login to view])

4. Website to have 'Tell a friend' feature to enable member or prospect to 'tell a friend' about website

5. Website address to be something like "[url removed, login to view]

6. Admin to have a login page whereby he can mannually key in the 'member_id' + name of the member + email + contact no. to GENERATE and create the new member's website based on the original template design

7. member's name, email and contact no. to appear on the 2nd page

8. The webpage will allow the submission of the prospect's:

-name

-email

-contact no

-country of origin

9. Prospect's information will then be sent to member's email.

->Opportunity information, marketing plan, pictures will be provided

->Hosting account with MySQL and Linux PHP will be provided

->3 Original homepage design mock-ups are required. (Pls do not bid if you cannot do clean-cut designs like: [url removed, login to view])

->Client will then choose 1 design with furthur changes/fine-tuning, then we will go on to coding segment.

->Speed, communication is critical, you must be contactable via Phone, Skype, IM during the duration of this Project.

->You must be able to come up with the 3 mock-ups with 48 hours of project-kick off where all relevant documents(pictures, word documents, powerpoint files) will be sent to you.

->Project must wrap up by 22 July 2005.
