Hi there, this is some problem I am having with my WP

1- Fix the pic in categories, as you can see in the slide in my site, the pic for the test1 is there but in the CP I put this pic for test2, not test1, and in the site it show in test1, but still in the CP show me that the pic is in test2, and here is the pic:

2- This site has a forum, [url removed, login to view] but the problem here is that the programmer who did the forum for me forget to give me the password for the admin, and I can't contact him anymore, all I want is the password for the Admin for the forum.
3- I want 9 pic in the main page that each one have topic then pic then the text, like this site here [url removed, login to view]
4- You see the logo in the top left that say "Anime World" I want to change it to "Japanese Island" and the little text under the logo to be " こんにちは!" it is in Japanese as you can see.
5- the Arabic language is from the right to the left, so my task here is the forum for the report error, you can see that this forum design for English as all the words in Arabic going to the left, I just want them to be right to the left just like in the slide.
