Rebuild an old website using a new HTML5 theme

I'm a graduate student in Dr. Nicholas Provart's lab at the University of Toronto. One of my tasks this year is to oversee the updating of his website:

We want someone to rebuild it with a clean, modern theme like this: [login to view URL]
We are looking for a freelancer who can do the entire job, taking all the content (text, images, and embedded tools) from our existing site and reformatting it to be compatible with the new template. If the current images are not the right format (size? aspect ratio? cropping?), we'd expect you to re-create these images on your own by taking the requisite screen captures of the tools on our current site. We can provide the input settings to generate pretty images, but you will have to grab, crop, and resize them on your own. In the rare case where this isn't possible, we will provide new images if you tell us exactly what you need.
Note, we are not just looking for a shiny new front page. The full job includes creating sub-pages for all of the content currently hosted on our site, redesigning it to fit the template, and adding menu links for easy navigation. All of our data visualization tools are currently embedded in separate HTML pages, and it will take some intelligence to figure out how to reformat them to be consistent and compatible with the new theme. Be warned, this may be a bit tricky, so look at the existing site before you bid!
