Gaming Database set up for game website (Sql and PHP, Joomla)

We need a database set up so that people can search through a library of game titles, and pick one to get relevant info on it. Otherwise our site is just a big mess.
We are using Joomla, and we need someone to set up this database.
We also need to know if we have to manually enter some of the already existing games, or if there's a place we can get that info.
The database should have stuff like a link to the review, related screenshots and videos, Summary of the game, etc.
We will not pay if we think you are half assing this. The database should be something like any reputable gaming website (I.E. IGN. When you search a game you can click on it and get all of this information on it. [url removed, login to view])
