VOIP Click to Call Joomla Module for SIP

I want to have a click to call Joomla 1.5/1.6 module that interfaces into any SIP based phone, it needs to be deployed through the standard Joomla interface and give the parameter options to set the receiving number and authentication details for the receiving SIP account: (IP PHONE NUMBER, Your VoIP password, SIP Proxy, Domain). When the user clicks on the image inside the module to call, they are presented with a highslide box asking for their number to be entered. It will work in the front end exactly the same way that they "Click for a FREE Instant call" works on this page: [url removed, login to view]

Only a fade in option for highslide also.
