I need to do several things to this site:
- Add my E-Commerce Gateway from EProcessing Network to set up recurring billing / Etc
-Need to add a way to take payments from checking accounts with routing and account numbers.
- Add Search Site function
- Add Google docs and calendar sharing
- Add my Google Analytic code
- Add Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Contact us,
- Figure out a way to integrate affiliate sales program for my employees in different locations.
- Localize project per state and zip code / per sales rep
For example: painter in New York goes to the New York office, that way we don't waste any contractors time, or the sales rep in a different area. Need to make sure projects stay separated by area
BidsList Professional Verification Process -
- Want to show every step of process. ( 1. Professional Submits forms 2. Forms being verified , 3. Checking past work + references, 4. Determining BidsList Score 5. Professional Approved
- Need to be able to have professionals attach license, insurance, bond, portfolio, links, etc. for verification purposes.
- Want to have a page for each Verified Professional after we preform back round checks on them to determine their Bidslist Score. On the page it would contain ; List of Specialties , Statistics on jobs, Annual billing status with date for renewal on licenses and fees, contact info for after the consumer has put funds into the Bidslist account.
- Add text boxes and URL info for contractors to provide before they are verified. (for example: BBB link, Angies List, EIN number, LinkedIn Profile, Past Projects, References to check on, and more
Job Status Reporting for current jobs
- Need to list every step of the process:
- 1. Contact Customer , 2. Gather Requirements , 3. Search Contractor Database , 4 Facilitate Bid Appointment. 5. Professional working on project 6.a Job Completed ,7 Disputes if any , 8. Payment delivered to contractor.
I would like to have this synced with google docs and calendars.
I am open to suggestions. I want to be able to control the back end of the site and make all changes myself.
I would like to have a You Tube of how BidsList works and add several top categories. The site must be able to work on the I phone or I pad.
Please provide a fair price. I would like to see a demo if possible.
