Transfer files from dedicated server to Amazon S3

Hi,

I have an Amazon S3 account and also have a dedicated server with Hostgator.

I have a number of large files on Hostgator that I want to somehow transfer to my S3 account without having to download them first to my home computer and re-upload to Amazon.

I want to transfer directly from dedicated server to my bucket at Amazon.

Ideally I would like a simple webpage where I can browse a folder on the dedicated server and there would be a list of all files in that folder with a checkbox next to each file.

I could then click the checkbox for any files I want to transfer and click a button which would then start transferring the files one by one automatically until it's complete.

If there is another similar solution you can think of do to the same thing, please let me know.
