**Idea**

idea is simple , a website where websites' owners can create accounts in and add their websites ad opportunities (banner, text, ..) with their dimensions and sizes and prices , and the websites generate the code that the websites' owner can put on their websites in the places the want the ad to appear.

Also the websites' owner after creating their accounts can buy ad from the available ads listed in the websites and upload the banner to use or write the text of the add - if it is a textad - where the list should have the alexa rank , google PageRank , and estimated impressions, backlinks, and any other information the developer see helpful ;) also he can edit his account information.

the user page should have list of his ads (the ones he want to sell, and the others he bought) with statistics about number of visitors (clicks) from every ad and any other helpful statistics developer can provide ;).

the payment will be through CreditCard,Paypal,2Checkout, ... and money transfer to any local bank (this require manual work so require 10% extra ad cost).

**budget**

My budget is so small ( frankly I'm thinking of no more than $100 ) and I will do the graphic design myself after getting the code and I think the project is very light and clear.
