Setup Credit Card payment to existing php file

We are looking for programmer who can setup Credit Card payment to existing php file.
Currently, we have manual Creadit Card payment in our website,
and we'd like to change to automatic Creadit Card payment.
We have 3 steps for payment method:
payment info -> confirmation -> complete
We'll give php files for payment page, and information from [url removed, login to view],
then we'd like to convert it to automatic payment with current payment format.
Please see the attached file for example look.
Attached file is the picture of current contact form of Payment page and Confirmation Page.
Payment: 100% when work is complete.
