Microsoft office clone using ComponentOne Studio Suite

I am wanting an office suite made up from ComponentOne Studio Suite.

I have version 8

Word processor - Spreadsheet - Word Processor.

Should implement all controls.

Coded in Visual Basic 6

To run in all windows versions except 3x

Heavy use of Rem throughout code

I am open to price that is sensible.

Do not just say "I can do that" be a bit more forthcoming.

State timeframe you are looking to complete in with finished project and deliverables.

You may have already done this, so if you have then let me know.
