Complete developmen of financial products comparison website

I am looking for an expert in this field to development a website to my exact specifications.
The website will be used to compare financial products, some of which will not require the users to enter personal data in order to find specific products and some of which will require personal data to be entered.
The website interface will also need to support a forgein language.
Further clarification on what is needed for the project and development:
1. Data on the financial products will need to be directly obtained from third parties where the data originates. These will be banks, credit card companies and other financial institutions and insurance companies. For some products, data that is input by the user will need to be able to be sent to the third parties in order to retrieve a qoute, for example, insurance qoutes. Please also advise on best way to obtain this information.
2. There will be at least 3 main product groups, each with at least 4 or 5 sub-product groups. Each product group and sub-product group will need to have at least 8 required fields to be shown for each product being compared to show details of the product. These fields are required to be displayed in a user friendly table which will need to be able to be manipulated by the user of the website.

4. The website will need to be fully SEO friendly.
5. The website will need to be compatible with all major web browsers and mobile devices.
6. It will need to be CMS enabled.
7. It will require a membership area that will need to be able to track the past trends, searches and qoutes of the user.
8. It will require integration with Google Analytics.
9. A user forum.
