Create Web2.0 style header for Wordpress blog

We need a custom designed web2.0 styled header for a wordpress blog. Details:
* The header should be approximately 100px high and 800px. wide (exact size will be given upon request).
* The blog design is clean and simple with white background. The header should match this well.
* The blog is about running your own business and being an entrepreneur. The header should somehow reflect this.
* We have an existing logo with the size 413px wide and 80px high and the colors blue and orange, which must be implemented in the new logo.
* In the right side of the header there must be implemented a Wordpress search field/button + 6 links. These are present in the current header in the blog and the code for these can be used in the new header.
