custom modification to Oscommerce site

This should be a fairly quick and easy job for someone how knows Oscommerce and PHP well.
I want the following done to my customised Oscommerce site.
In the add/edit product page in the admin I want a drop down menu to choose between some preset text which will be placed in the [login to view URL] page. The preset text will be set up in another admin page. The admin part of this will allow me to add the preset text, edit text, delete text and also name the text.
So, when adding or entering a new product, I simply select from the drop down menu the pre-set text I want to add to the description. This text will appear underneath the “add to cart” button on the [login to view URL] page.
As well as the above, I have a customised admin that allows me to add extra images. I want to add a small thumbnail picture in the add/edit product page so I can preview these images.
Payment is escrow. Funds will be release on satisfactory completion of job. The job needs to be completely in 1 day.
