file sharing script

Hi,

my client requires a file sharing script like mega upload, rapid share etc. They don't mind using a current script thats out there but it must come with top security features to protect thier server, it must have all the same features as the above mentioned websites including slow free downloading and premium fast download with login for clients. The payment method that will be used will be moneybookers only so it has to work with that.
