Opencart Modification

I need to modify the current Opencart script to be able to be used for multi vendor system where buyer/sellers can login to the same interface to buy or sell designs. Please see inkd.com. I need a similar structure but using existing Opencart structure. However, we can use available modules/extension instead of building all new. Please place your bid quick.
