I need an experienced PHP, DIV+CSS web developer to help me making a similar website as this one: [login to view URL] on my server, I will provide domain name and FTP login to the developer.
The site is quite simple, no database, I prefer to make the site in PHP.
The job is simple, you can use everything including source code, image files, sentences, and css files from the site I provided, once you are finished, I will change the sentences and images later on.
The developer must be able communicate with me on MSN, if we cooperated well this time, we can develop a long business relationship in the future, thanks.
My budget is something somewhere around $100 for this project.
