Project Description:
Looking for a lookbook clone with added functionality (but should have its own unique style). A rough outline of the project is listed below, a detailed 40 page brief will be provided and I will also be available via IM when needed for the winning bidder. Any clarification needed please drop me a PM for further guidelines.
The website will lend features from [login to view URL] , wonderwall, [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and also a easily navigable brand directory
Main Section
Community led picture posting website (see [login to view URL]). Features include:
-easily upload and tag(predefined) pictures
-ability to share on popular social networking sites
-add description to post, listing what user is wearing. Each item of clothing should be highlighted on photo (see chicismo for example)
-each item of clothing should also link to section 1(see below)
- Rate & Review system
-infinite scrolling
-clean design
Section 1
Mood board format product aggregator page (similar to polyvore).
-mood board created from tags from main section
-price comparison script
Section 2
Wonderwall style design displaying different users posts.
-generated from keyword tags (entered when new pictures are posted)
Section 3
- Directory of websites listed by fashion designer
Site wide features
-Favourite/wishlist/sell
-Possibly a simple storefront
USERS PROFILE SYSTEM
-facebook/twitter etc login option, custom fields (see [login to view URL] , chicismo)
New Post/Image interface
-ability to allow user to add links to stores.
-colour wheel to select main colours of outfit
-tag photo with numbers and (ie 1 for shoes, 2 for tshirt etc) which are highlighted when rolled over and include text (see chicismo )
Backend
Easily maintained backend with all standard features
Property
open-source code. ownership of all coding, graphics, databases, etc will be transferred to me.
All the code / components or plugin must be legally licenced and documented
All urls should be SEO.
Please justify choice of implementation (ideally should be done in clean css/ajax/php/mysql )
NOTE: THIS IS AS MUCH A DESIGN PROJECT THAN CODING EXERCISE. THIS IS A FASHION WEBSITE SO DESIGN IS OF UPMOST IMPORTANCE.
