This is a repost, the previous developer lacked skills, so I only want professional developers to bid this time. I can now spot an amateur a mile away
No wannabe developers this time please, I am only looking for dedicated experienced professionals.
I pay attention to details, and I want the winning bidder to do the same, I will take good care of the developer and will be giving the right person more jobs if he shows himself to be a professional. Finding good coders/developers are hard, and I want to keep the good ones in my list of preferred developers.

The work required (simple explanation, download the video from FTP for more details):

1: Make the menu system work, with main categories and sub categories, more details in the video
2: Adding articles with the option to add pictures and videos, more details in the video ..some work is done
A lot of this work is done, but the video integration is not real integration right now, it’s just a YouTube option to show video on the website. I want REAL video integration, by that I mean a video player integrated in the website. So we can upload out own video to our own server and then have them played on the website. NO YOUTUBE period
3: Fixing the banner color, and creating/designing a Logo that should look professional and fixing the footer
4: Fixing the search functionality, a lot of the work is done…but little is missing. Look at video for more info
5: I am assuming, a lot of the backend is done, but can’t tell until I get the data on Monday, then you can look at it.
6: Website must be integrated with Microsoft Active Directory, if you don’t have the skills to do this then don’t bother to bid. There are some free available add-on that does this, but needs to be integrated.
7: This is a website that will be used in our intranet, so if a user enters website from within a IP range, he will get access to site automatically. If he enters from outside that IP range, the will have to authenticate with Active Directory, before he can enter website.
8: Users must be able to create articles, but must first authenticate with active directory. This is regardless if he is from with IP range or not.
When the website is done and fully functional , then it must be uploaded to our server. We will then test the website to see that all the functions are in place and working as pr requirement.
Our server is a clean windows server 2012 64 bit, and is running in our own server room.
So its not a webhotel with cpanel or any of those other things, you would need to install apache+mysql+php and whatever else you migth need to make the website work. You can get access true VPN or true teamviewer, you will get a full admin account on the machine so you can get the work done.
