Urgent Project -- Website Design

I have an urgent project that I need to be completed today, please only bid if you can start working within a few hours.

The project is:

-- Take design elements that I already have saved in .psd format and construct them according to a template (this should not be very hard to do or time consuming)

-- The project includes putting the finalized design into my OScommerce site, so you must have experience with doing this

-- using a template that I provide, re-do the top graphic on my site according to specifications: the things to be done using photoshop are: 1) remove shadows from a photograph of a beach 2) make 2 photographs of people look "cartoonish" so that they do not appear as normal photographs 3) make my logo have a "3D" look

-- the final part of this is that you will make all links operational and make a left menu that operates like the one on this website: [url removed, login to view]

-- I really need this to be done by the end of the day (I am on the U.S. west coast... it is 11:44 AM here)

-- I have a full detailed outline of this project that includes where you can download the necessary files (from my server) so I can show you this once you bid.. I will be online off and on during today so please be ready to talk to me today if you are bidding. Thanks!
