Modify a Wordpress site based on WC Subscription & WC Membership to:

1) Change account screen to ensure that subscriptions are cancelled properly

2) Change cancellation screen to

a) Ask for verification of cancellation

b) Offer to extend subscription services

3) Create coupon to extend subscriptions, as current WC Subscriptions does not have that functionality
