We are looking to develop a platform that behaves very similar to:

If you are not familiar with that site please take a look at it to get an idea of the features that we may be looking for.
We have the designs already made and we are now looking for a provider to deliver the build. We are looking for service providers who have experience in building large social sites. The site needs to be completely content managed and be supported with an admin panel.
The site will include the following features. A more detailed spec will be provided upon the start of the project.
Landing Pages

-Landing page for non-registered/registered user.
Registration
---------------
-Facebook registration
-Form registration with email
Profile pages
---------------
-A page with a form where the user will create their profile. This page will hook into various other sites such as Facebook and LinkedIn to pull in information about somebody.
-A screen for people to view their own profile or somebody else's profile.
- User's will use a calendar to select which dates something is available for booking.
Search
---------------
- There will be a page where a user will be searching through profiles that are created.
- There will be several different filter and sorting options for the search.
Social
---------------
- Users will be able to send private messages to each other.
- Users will be able to search the listing of profiles and make a booking.
Data
---------------
- There may be some screen scraping of other websites required to generate data.
- JSON APIs from other providers may be needed.
