I need a simple php script that when it's given an mp3 or WAV file it will convert it into a a MP4 or WAV and save it to a certain location

I have LAME already installed and I'll install FFMPEG if it needed.

I looking to get this project completed asap

I have a max budget of $25 so please dont waste your time and mine with over bidding.

I think this is very simple. If you already have Lame installed, you just need to know the commands to convert mp3 to wav and vice versa. and php gives a way to call system commands. combine the two and you are done. : 更多
