Changing order of text on existing website

I have a website with some information in a sidebar. The order of the information needs to be changed and there should be a little extra text added to one line.
I have attached an image that shows what needs to be changed.

I also attached all files of the plugin that generates the output. The changes need to be done in these files and then you need to send them back to me. I can't give you access to the live website.
