Coltech Website Integration to Social Media

I'm looking for a company or a freelancer to integrate Coltech website to social media.
Social media integration to Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, google, other avenue that could propose.
The other social media website that align with our company core business, online job posting.
The requirements are the integration needs to dynamic. Dynamic means the tools should intelligent enough to pull selective jobs from coltech's website and place them on these social media avenues.
I'd like to application to able upload relevant images or video on to these websites.
I'd work on hourly basis, my budget would be limited to begin with but would change once start getting results.
My preference would somebody local to tri-state area.
