Etsy Type Marketplace - Generate Image For Each Product - Customer Pays Subscription

Hi, we would like to create a Marketplace website (with Mobile Apps) that allows Vendors (in our case, restaurants) the opportunity to offer specials as their 'products'. There is no fee for vendors.
The customers however, will need to pay for a 1, 3 or 6 month membership subscription to gain access and 'purchase' these discounts.
When a customer wants to claim a discount he likes from one of our vendors, he follows a simple checkout process and a voucher image is generated on our generic template... he shows this image to the waiter at the restaurant from his phone and everyone is happy.
This is a basic workflow, we need geo-location searching, an affiliate system and have looked at Opencart, Magento - these are all available as add-ons but the main ingredient will be generating an image from a product purchased.
