Fix Website created in adobe muse

I have website currently hosted on aws server.
Website designed and still needs to be editable using adobe muse
1.) When the size of screen is adjusted OR viewed on ipad OR viewed on iphone.... the site no longer looks like it should... words and images are no longer placed in the same spot as the design shows.
2.) PHP Contact form gives message "encountered error"
