Google Checkout Debugging

I have an oscommerce project in which we have integrated google checkout and it works fine on payment front, however the customer information and order information does not got to oscommerce database. I believe that it is a very simple task of making tweaks in response handler. The google accounts keeps on saying "error in writing responsehandler.php"

The project is quickfix and hardly an hour job and i am willing to spend few dollars. Please bid quick and I am ready to award. Only those who have worked on oscommerce + google checkout efficiently. we will escrow the amount upon awarding the project.
