I want to create a marketplace for people who want to offer local services, and people in need of freelance services (for instance gardening, plumbers, furniture installation, transportation, painters, etc).
The system must support sellers and customers to post (and the portal must be split with one section for each of them).
It must support:
- Review of freelancer and customer (with grade and comments)
- Management of service categories
- Search tool, by service, by geographical area (e.g. max 30km from me).
- System to connect freelancer to customer, allowing private messages between them before hiring the service.
- Fee charging from customer looking for freelancers, and for freelancers offering services. The fee must be charged automatically (from customer who posted the request or from freelancer who posted the service offer) after the service has been realized, but before allowing them to be rated.
- If the fee is not succesful, then the customer or freelancer are not allowed to buy or offer more services.
- Must be a website compatible with PC, tablet and Smartphone friendly.
- Must be compatible with future expansion, allowing interfacing with Android and IOS app.
