1) Query table records
2) Retrieve the 'scrape_id', 'video_id' & 'scrape_video_url' field values for each record
3) Run 'scrape_video_url' value though a php script I will provide to retrieve the direct download link for the file
4) Download the video using the direct download link onto my server
5) Rename the file to its 'video_id' value
