Set up basic E*TRADE API functionality using PHP, with lookup/transaction functions

I'm interested in experimenting with the E*TRADE API using PHP, but I can't find enough documentation to get it set up myself.
I'm looking for someone to write a single PHP file with the code required to connect to the E*TRADE API (just leave blanks where my API Key and login info should go), along with functions to query data about current stock prices, lookup my portfolio balance, and place orders to buy and sell stocks.
The PHP file should ideally be plug-and-play, where I can just upload it to my server, input my login info, and start making calls using the functions provided. If more setup is required on my end, just let me know what I need to go to get it up and running.
