Urgently Fix issue of design

I was trying to cover my ads by putting image inside div on it ,

but now i don't know what is happening.

ads are showing but when we click on it it show nothing,

and the image i put on it is not visible , resolve this bug.

check it by yourself ([login to view URL]), click the top most ads , i put div on it , check it what error it shows when you click the top ads. and then bid. I am ready to pay high.
