Using Socks5 proxies in local host IP! (Forward program).

Hi,

I have a socks5/4 proxies, I want to use them or forward them to 1 localhost IP.

example:

[url removed, login to view] forwarded to the socks5 [url removed, login to view] file.

How to do that?, I am doing this trick because my program doesn't support socks5 proxies, only HTTP proxies.

I've tried to use Privoxy, But it's use only 1 IP, there's no rotation.

I want to use all the IPs, like the idea of Tor but with my OWN IPs.

How to do that?
