Video Game Trade in page for webstore

I am looking to have a trade in page made for my video game web store that will be fully opening soon. The store itself is fully functional and there is no other work that needs to be done.

I have an excel document with video game prices that I would offer for online trade ins through my website. What I am hoping to find is someone who can integrate the excel document with my trade in page and make it so that people can search for items to sell to me and then it would bring up the price I would pay for that specific item. Even better would be some sort of cart or tracking that lets them pile up their items to sell. I then would want to have them be able to click a button that sends all the info to me. Also I would need to be able to update the prices as needed since values for games fluctuate. I assume setting it up so that all I have to do is change the values in the excel document is the best idea, but I am open to others.

I'm not looking for anything overly fancy. I think [url removed, login to view] is the closest entity I can think of for what I'm looking for although I just want a simple one page thing and not a whole website worth.

If this can't be done in my store programming (highwire) then I would be open to the idea of a separate one page website.
