Woocommerce - Convert variable products to simple products.

We have a live webshop with roughly 265 variable products that we are considering converting from variable product to simple product. This due to logistics issues with variable products that we are having.
Out of the 265 products approx. 10% only got 1 variant, so they are easy to convert. The others have from 2-6 variants. Most are around 2-3.
We also need some additional info added to all simple products to simplify stock keeping with ATUM inventory. On all products we need supplier added(same on all). We also need freight info added to each product so we can better utilize shipping options since we now use flatrate, but will be changing this in the future to be more dynamic.
From the current variable products you need to copy text, variant sku, images, seo info, redo name to contain the size from the variants. We also need some different attributes added so customers can filter products by width and length. So instead on the current attributes where height and length are combined to one we need them separated into two.
All current variant stock also need to be added to the new products.
The freelancer we choose need to have a good understanding of wordpress, woocommerce, good communication skills and most important is quality controll. This is a live site so we can´t accept bad quality controll. Ex. Wrong pictures or sizes or even worse, wrong price.
