wordpress drop down menu for pages

The sidebar menu is getting too long, and I would like to be able to have a dropdown menu for the parent pages. Mouse on parent page would drop down a list of pages that I could manually enter, as well as have the most recent pieces displayed at they all are now.
WOuld like to have it match the pink curves theme in use
