The freelancer has to design and create 3D STARTCON Foam letters - "STARTCON" (8 letters) and then ship them to the listed address.

SIZE 1800mm high x scaled width (each letter apx 180mm wide x 1800mm high x 300mm deep. with coating. Either solid red or white with Red lighting.

Needs to be completed and delivered by November 27th to Sydney Address.
