Interior/exterior 3D renderings of a colonial villa required - repost

For a colonial villa project in Indonesia we need a set of interior/exterior 3D renderings. In order to identify the right candidate for this project in the future, we will give same task to few freelancers: to produce 1 photorealistic rendering of our existing 3D model.
All required info including 3D model can be given via email or PM to those candidates who are interested.
The 3D model we provide has to be textured and lightened - we do not have textures!
Attached are the existing renderings which we do not like.
