3D Rendering of Pillow set for Amazon

My name is Mike and I have started a small family business. We have a new product that is launching very soon for sale on Amazon. This product is designed to help Photograph Newborn babies. I am interested in creating a 3D Rendering of my product to be used as a wow photograph of my product that will set it apart from my competitor's product. Could potentially even have a short animation.
I have the production version of the pillows here in the United States.
I'm not certain how the rendering software works and what you would need from me to do the job. (A - high quality photos from certain angles? B - Dimensions of the product? C - The actual product? etc.?)
