install monitoring apps on Plesk 5.2 and pesk 9 Dedeciated !

I am looking for some to install and get running some monitoring apps on a dedicated server. we migrated and had cacti before but now it doesnt run.

I ideally i would like to see

1) CPU load

2) Traffic

3) Connected users and thier bandwidth usage (on what domain and page they are on if possible there are several domains on the server)

4) Ram usuage

5) harddrive usage and performance if possible.

and other stats you may find usefull.

This can be done over several apps if required. You will need to uninstall cacti completely.

Also i would like a freeware antivirus added is possible that auto updates itself. To prevent root kits or similar. Maybe Clamav although this is for windows i think, it would be good if it also scanned emails on the server if possibe.
