Google Not Indexing Your Sitemap URLs

Google indexed my sitemap successfully but showing 0 URLs discovered. I submitted my sitemap in webmaster of my site. It's successfully index, but there's not any single URL discovered. It shows 0 there now. if check check attached screen short approx 99+ url index but not submit via sitemap.
as per my skill i did correctly but i want to sortout this issue.
if you can help then bid only / you have solve this problem before.
