Mac Program

We currently have a IOS and Android app and are in need of a Mac program that will do the same thing.

we need these programs to do the following.

1. have login screen to be able to log into the app if user has an account on the website

2. user download purchased mp3 or videos files they have purchased. if they have purchases there will be a button they click to get to purchases.

3. let the user download mp3 or videos files if they have credits. if user has credits they will have a button to show files available to download.

4. store the mp3 or videos file so the user can listen to it in a player in the app only.

5. allow user to delete the mp3 or videos.

6. limit app to only be able to be used on x number of devices either by app limitations or by making the device register and store it on server end.

i will be able to do the server side of this. i can also provide any graphics needed for these apps. i just need someone to do the ios and android parts.

I will need this app made and exported with a few different urls to get the data from. each export will be for 1 url. no extra work since all the urls will be exactly the same programing just different urls to get data with.

i have all the info beyond this. this is just the basics. the app isnt doing anything further then this just small things to show in the app.
