Fixing plesk/nginx configuration

I have problems with my websites hosted on vps with PLESK (on centos)..

The following php request give the same output:

Both showing the IP of the server while the second should show the ip of the visitor!

I think this is caused by nginx which is a reverse proxy used by plesk..

Who can solve this for me?
