C# 3D Animation using Accelerometer Data

I need to have a C# class written to display a 3D object in a Windows form. The object, either wireframe or solid, should then move/rotate based on data received from 3-axis accelerometer data.
Additional Requirements
• A multiplier should be available to exaggerate the movement when viewing small levels of movement.
• The form should be sizable and scale accordingly.
• The image should be able to rotate to change the point of view.
• For the purposes of testing, the rotation data can come from temporary slide controls until integrated into my application.
• I will also need help generating two sample 3D objects to be animated. The first being a car image.
• Animation may also need to ground plane to show movement.
Deliverables will include C# source code, 3D model and sample application for testing.
