business software for money exchange company

i want a software which keeps the record of base currency and keep the stock of foreighn currency..it should manage the buying and selling rate and it show the [login to view URL] should keep the record of expenses. it should show the profit and [login to view URL] should also manage the accounts for credit and debit and show the remaining amount in local [login to view URL] attaching an excell file on which we are already doing the same job...what i want is to convert this excell sheet into a form of software...all formulas which are to be used are already in the excell sheet.
