Develop a micro service to implement some simple cryptography functionalities (DotNet Core 2.1)

Hello developers,

I would like you to develop a micro service in DotNet Core 2.1 which implements the required functionalities, as described in the attached specification.

It is required to develop this using Autofac dependency injection (I will not accept any Microsoft DI or other frameworks, just use only Autofac). We have a specific way to encapsulate our libraries, so I will supply you example source code to do this.

It is also required to deliver with Nunit unit tests and integration tests (in a DotNet Core 2.1 test project). You should develop sufficient tests cases to guarantee that every functionality is well covered.

We are working with SQL Server geography datatype to store coordinates. I will supply sample source code on how to use this in DotNet Core.

I will also supply you source code which implements the cryptography, you should take this code and perform some rewriting on it to make it more suitable for this project.

This project relies o Entity Framework Core 2.1. We have a specific library for this, so you dont have to write the EF related code, just reference our library and specify the entities. However, the library is written for DotNet Core 2.0. So I accept if you deliver the project compiled for version 2.0 instead of 2.1. I will supply you the library and sample source code on how to use it.

This project relies on communication via service bus (NATS). We already have an encapsulation library for this, which I will supply together with sample source code on how to use it.

I will also supply you access to servers which already have NATS service bus installed and configured in cluster mode. You will need to use these to test the development of this project.

I REQUIRE YOU TO WORK ON HOURLY BASIS, AS I NEED TO SEE WORK PROGRESSING.

The maximum allowed hourly rate for this project is USD 2.75 (including fee), with a maximum budget of USD 75 (=27 hours, including fee). No exceptions. If you finish in less hours, implementing all functionalities and delivering quality code, I will pay the full milestone.

I need this project delivered at most on Thursday end of day.
